Phil Wood - Philcentric Outboard Bottom Bracket Cups

Founded in 1971, Phil Wood & Co. is proud to be one of the oldest, if not the oldest, American cycling component manufacturer. Their products are made in the USA – they are completely designed, manufactured and assembled in San Jose, California.

The Philcentric provides 1/4" of eccentricity for Outboard BB cranks. It has a similar outward appearance as the Outboard BB cups and will thread directly into a threaded bottom bracket shell (available in all threadings, we carry the English).
The Philcentric has discrete fixed positions every 15 degrees. The maximum looseness that may be found in the chain will be no more the thickness of two business cards. The Philcentric uses the same 6805 bearings as standard OBB cups
